Projects are delivered through a structured workflow designed to reduce rework, maintain drawing consistency, and meet deadline-driven documentation cycles.

Workflow

Request & File Intake

Send scope, files, deadlines, and any CAD standards/title block requirements.
Scope Confirmation

Deliverables, turnaround, and revision approach are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Production Drafting

Drafting is completed under client direction using provided markups, references, and standards.
Internal Quality Review

Drawings are checked for consistency, sheet organization, plotting setup, and file version control.
Delivery

Deliverables are issued with structured file naming (v1, v2, etc.) and agreed export formats (DWG/PDF/RVT).
Revisions

One revision round is included per deliverable, based on client notes, unless otherwise agreed.

Client Inputs

To keep delivery predictable, the following inputs are required at the start of each task:
- Markups / redlines (PDF or clear written notes)
- Background files (DWG/RVT/SKP/PDF as applicable)
- Sheet set requirements (title block, naming, plotting)
- Deadline and priority order
- Any client CAD standards or layer conventions
Quality Control

Before delivery, drawings are reviewed for:
- Consistency with client markups and scope
- Layer discipline and annotation consistency
- Sheet set organization and naming
- Plotting readiness (lineweights, scales, exports)
- Version control and clean file packaging
Communication and Turnaround
- Scope and delivery dates are confirmed before work begins.
- Status updates are provided during active tasks.
- Turnaround depends on scope, drawing complexity, and current workload.
