Monthly support packages are designed for teams that need ongoing drafting capacity with predictable turnaround, clear scope, and structured file delivery. Work is performed under client direction as drafting and CAD production support only. Monthly capacity is defined during onboarding based on typical workload, drawing complexity, and turnaround expectations.

Starter (Monthly)

Best for occasional redlines and small documentation updates.

Includes

• Defined monthly drafting capacity (hours or deliverables)
• Standard turnaround (agreed per task)
• One revision round per deliverable
• Versioned file delivery (v1, v2, etc.)

Typical uses

• Apply redlines to a small sheet set
• Cleanup + plotting preparation
• Minor updates during CD cycles

Standard (Monthly)

Best for consistent weekly production support.

Includes

• Higher monthly drafting capacity
• Priority scheduling within the monthly queue
• One revision round per deliverable
• Weekly status update (email)

• Ongoing documentation support

Priority (Monthly)

Best for teams with frequent deadlines and faster turnaround needs.

• Highest monthly drafting capacity
• Priority turnaround (agreed per task)
• One revision round per deliverable
• Rapid response window for scope confirmation

• Tight deadline documentation updates
• Multiple revision cycles in a short period
• Ongoing production during peak workload

How Monthly Support Works

• Work is requested by email with scope, files, and deadline.
• Scope and delivery date are confirmed in writing before production begins.
• Deliverables are issued with file naming and version control.
• One revision round is included per deliverable, based on client notes.

Scope and Exclusions

Included:

• Drafting and CAD production support under client direction
• Redline implementation, sheet set cleanup, plotting prep
• As-built drafting from client-provided field information
• Basic 3D model updates (SketchUp/Revit-based) as production support

Not included:

• Architectural or engineering design
• Code compliance certification or permit guarantees
