1. What services do you provide?

Drafting and CAD production support under client direction, including redline implementation, as-built drafting from client-provided field information, sheet set cleanup, plotting preparation, and basic 3D production support (SketchUp/Revit-based).


2. Do you provide architectural or engineering design?

No. ORTHO Technical Services provides drafting and production support only. Architectural design, engineering design, code compliance certification, and professional stamping are not provided. Final approval and responsibility remain with the client and their licensed professionals.


3. Can you stamp or seal drawings?

No. Stamping/sealing is not provided.


4. What software do you work with?

Typical production environments include DWG/PDF workflows and project documentation in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp-based workflows, depending on client needs and provided files.


5. How do we start a project?

6. How fast is turnaround?

Turnaround depends on scope, drawing complexity, and current workload. Delivery dates are confirmed before work begins.
